The GEOPAVE™ system is the newest evolution in porous pavements, ideal for confining and stabilizing porous infill materials under loading. The system is an economical solution for increasing the bearing capacity for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

The high-strength GEOPAVE units are made from recycled polyethylene and are designed with a unique herringbone cell pattern and monolithic mesh bottom. The system’s structural framework is ideally-suited for containing and locking open-graded aggregate infill in-place and resisting torsional loads. With aggregate infill, the system performs to an H-20 load rating.

While specifically designed for aggregate infill, the GEOPAVE system can also accommodate a topsoil/aggregate structural infill for vegetated surfaces and performs to an H-10 load rating.

Individual GEOPAVE units are sized for easy handling. (20 in wide x 40 in long x 2 in deep (.50 m x 1.0 m x 50 mm)). Units are structurally connected with strong U-CLIP connection devices, forming the required pavement mat size and pattern.
